I've read a lot about Gluten free foods but, I haven't tried any until now. I had the opportunity to review a great selection of Udi's Gluten Free Foods. My family has been impressed by the taste and quality of the cookies and breads we've tried. So far the favorite in our household is the Snickerdoodle cookies. They are Yummy. I don't notice anything missing in the food. I didn't really know what to expect. I wouldn't have known the difference by the taste. We made our own pizzas with their gluten free pizza dough and they were great. We also enjoyed their blueberry muffins. I'd like to try the chocolate chip cookies next. They have a nice selection of bagels,buns,cookies and more.
